B Heads Outside

Just some fun playing outside in the front yard.

WHPS Talent Show

The video won't upload, but the photos give you some insight into the performance.

When the kids turned around and their shirts said "I Love You" on the back - the crowd (all of us parents) went wild.

Room 8

Wow - time flies.  G is transitioning to Room 8 for his last year of preschool.  He is nervous, but we have been talking about it a lot.  How he will have some old friends and some new friends in his class - and his Room 5 teachers take him there to visit, so he can start to get used to the new surroundings.

Great classroom environment - great, loving teachers - and still filled with lots of trips to the barnyard and nature yard.

Little Acorns Grow

G attended a few weeks of cooking class - super cute.  They made things like edamame popcorn and toasted sunflower butter twisties.  Good for learning measuring, about how ingredients go together, cooperation, etc.  All good stuff.  And the hat was beyond cute.

Brady also goes to music class there and LOVED playing while G went to cooking class.  A win, win, win situation for all involved.

Mom is always happy when the kids are happy.

I'm In Box AKA I'll Be Driving A Real Car Before You Know It Mom

Oh Brady.

Brady is staring at me because I stopped bending over to zoom him around the kitchen and dining room to take photos - and - oh yeah - because mommy is old and my back was starting to hurt . . .

Garrett's Zen/Introspective Moment

Just chilling outside Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

When mom needs to make a deposit, Garrett likes to sit and ponder the vile side of capitalism - or just stare at the cool fountain - not sure what he was thinking??!!

Hiking at Malibu Creek State Park

Zuza and Garrett and Brady and I went to Malibu Creek State Park to "hike" to the Nature Center and have a picnic.

I say "hike" because we stopped a gazillion times, used the stroller part of the time, and Garrett convinced Zuza to give him a piggyback ride on the way back from the Nature Center.  Charmer.

The Nature Center was a hit - stuffed animals, animal fur, and sand to play in and make various types of animal tracks.

Super Cute

Need I say more??!!

Feel Better Ana

After 3 1/2 years Ana fell very suddenly ill.

It has been tough, but we always feel like talking about things is the best approach.

We made a sign together and texted Ana some photos to tell her we miss her.
