Lenois Adobe Museum - Lil Ranchers Roundup

Seriously cute - little kids running around feeding animals, making crafts (Garrett made a cow with a pasted on tail and clothespins for legs), pumping water from a well, playing music, making tortillas, checking out the gardens and barns . . .  Check out: http://leonisadobemuseum.org/.

Garrett was pretty excited to "meet a blacksmith" and have him make him a horseshoe.  Nothing like making a bunch of 3-5 year olds a sharp metal object with jagged ends. Oh well.  Garrett was thrilled and mommy put it in his ever growing box of things that we need supervision to touch and/or play with.

Bonus - we ran into a few friends from the Oakdale "big sandbox class."  We saw Nico and Bodhi and Isabel's friend Stephanie and her kids.  Small world.
